ANGEL ERRANT PART 2 - THE DESCENT The kidnapping of Talia Al Ghul was a ruse by her father Ra's Al Ghul. Ra's is still looking for someone to marry his daughter and obviously Azrael is a potential candidate. But Ra's al Ghul analyzes a blood sample of Azrael and finds out that his DNA shows traces of animal genes. This makes Azrael unfitting as his son-in-law and he orders to kill him instead.
